¹¹ For ye have the poor always with you; but me ye have not always.

At Cornerstone North we understand that society will always have less fortunate people within it. However, Cornerstone North will not sit idle and will take a proactive approach in helping and blessing the community that we have been called to impact. 

James 1:27 (KJV)

²⁷ Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

James is speaking to Holy Ghost filled and Jesus Name baptized saints in this great Epistle. At Cornerstone North we not only preach the Truth, but actively seek an opportunity to manifest it. 

Matthew 25:35-40 (KJV)

³⁵ For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:

³⁶ Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.

³⁷ Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?

³⁸ When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?

³⁹ Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?

⁴⁰ And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

At Cornerstone North we understand that all humanity is made in the image of God. Therefore how we treat others is something that we preach and teach the congregation. 

The list of verses that God gave us on how we are called to impact our cumminity with more then just words are many. We are currently partnered with HRC Ministries a local non-profit that helps women come out of sex trafficking. We also actively feed the homeless and families that are in need of food. This community outreach is centered around the unconditional love that God has toward man. Our goal at Cornerstone North is to faciliate this love in the 21st Century Church.
